An intimate 2-hour workshop of gentle breath practices flowing into mindful shaping of clay into a small bowl or cup using a slow pinching motion timed with your breath to quiet your mind. Leave feeling more ease, calm, and grounding in your body. Anticipate space for individual and shared reflection.
Each participant will have the opportunity to make 1-2 pinch pots which will then be dried, fired, glazed and ready for pickup within 2-4 weeks to serve as an ongoing reminder of ritual and reflection.
No experience necessary. Ages 16+. Space limited to 10 participants.
