Anchoring people in their truth

when the path disappears.

Mariah is a threshold guide, coach, and artist gently accompanying people who are courageously walking through the disorienting passage of outgrowing who they’ve been or losing who they thought they’d be as they step into lives that are more aligned and alive.

The threshold might look like:

A Misalignment Threshold

You’ve built a life that looks successful but you still have an unnamed hunger. Perhaps you daydream about quitting your job, but you’ve invested so much time, energy, resources into getting where you are. Perhaps you’re competent, reliable… and quietly exhausted with obligation, guilt, and shoulds. You may even feel guilty for wanting more, but the longing won’t quiet and you’re ready to listen.

An Unwanted Threshold

A new diagnosis, a relationship ending, a loss of a loved one, a job disappearing, an injury that took everything organized around it has knocked you off center. You can’t go back to the way things were, and you’re asking “Who am I now without —?” You feel untethered, reeling from a life imagined now gone.

What I know about you:

No matter where you are, you are courageous. This inward journey is challenging, but you’re ready for the opportunity to re-envision what life can look and feel like. And you’re looking for a guide who knows the lived experience of navigating her own thresholds and voids and coming out the other side into a life that feels more true, aligned, and alive.

You’re self aware, not a stranger to journeying inward, and ready to shed the burden, stand grounded, find clarity in the dark, and anchor into self-trust no matter what comes. You are a sovereign human, the expert of your life, and have all the wisdom within to build a good and meaningful life in the face of what is here, now, and aware you are worth investing in support along the way.

Mariah is a former outdoor leadership instructor with NOLS, Physician Associate, ceramic artist and certified Wayfinder Life Coach who has walked through many of her own thresholds of transformation. She knows the disorientation and grief of identity shifts and the initiation they offer for those courageous enough to journey inward. She brings lived experience and a gentle, steady presence to walk with you through transformational thresholds whether chosen or unchosen — the shedding, remembering, and becoming — to help you live aligned and alive.

What clients say about working with Mariah

“Working with Mariah has been my catalyst for change.

Mariah has helped me dig deeper, ask the hard (but ultimately more interesting) questions, and make tangible forward momentum as I make a dramatic career change.

Mariah's steady, gentle presence has allowed me to explore the challenges of this transition without staying stuck in analysis paralysis. Working together has helped move me from indecision to inspired action and I'm so grateful for her guidance.”

— Emily L.

“Working with Mariah has been such a gift in my life. She brings an incredibly calm and steady presence to every session, and I always feel deeply seen and heard by her. She is so attuned to what I’m saying and asks the kind of thoughtful, insightful questions that open up totally new perspectives.

I’ve been working with her weekly for many months now, and every single session leaves me with a meaningful insight that helps propel me forward on my journey. Her combination of gentleness, wisdom, relatability, and intuition makes it easy to feel safe, honest, and fully myself in her presence.

One of the greatest parts of coaching with Mariah is that she serves as such a clear mirror — helping me see myself, my patterns, and my inner knowing more clearly. I leave every conversation feeling more grounded, aligned, and connected to myself.”
